We strive to be extremely accurate when it comes to transcribing numbers. On a smartphone, the number arrives as a clickable hotlink — just tap it to dial straight back.
At this time, we provide transcription in English only. Your message will still be emailed to you, but will indicate that the message is in another language and you can listen to the message.
Messages can be up to 5 minutes in length. Messages longer than 2 minutes in duration receive lower priority processing.
For billing, a message unit equals 30 seconds of recording, and partial units are rounded to the next unit. See the rate plans for details.
Yes. Transcription plans may be shared among multiple users, which makes a single plan practical for a small office or a field team.
Usually not. If your voicemail system or service can deliver recorded messages to an email address, your messages are simply emailed to us — nothing about your phone changes.
If you don’t have an email-enabled voice mailbox, we can provide one that replaces the mailbox on your mobile phone, business line, and/or home line. Mailbox charges, if applicable, are listed on the rate plans page.
